Insanely Good!

This sauce is fantastic! It’s thick, creamy and has a great curry/mustard flavor. The heat level is not crazy, but it’s not for the weak. If you’re a spice weenie, mix it with some plain yogurt for an insane chicken thigh marinade.

So good

Drop a spoonful into a cup of cottage cheese and you have a high protein paneer vindaloo. So delicious.

Avamasala Broiled Trout Recipe

NEW FAVORITE WAY TO PREP FISH!!! The aroma that filled the kitchen when it was cooking had my wife and I practically drooling. Perfect amount of heat and flavor!

Fantastic Curry/Heat Balance

Definitely my second favorite after Brimstone. Very curry forward and just a tad spicier than Brimstone, but not too spicy! Great flavor; looking forward to more creative and unique sauces in the future!
