Had seen a cook with pork ribs and jerk sauce. Wanted to try it. Used the Buffalo Soldier and was very pleased. Tasty and a bit of spice bite. Saved the drippings and they were good as a dipping sauce.
I love this sauce for marinades, dip and glaze. Also, straight from the jar.
I finally got around to trying this one after looking forward to it. I was not disappointed. The heat isn’t overwhelming but the flavor is. Before reading the ingredients I was trying to place the myriad of flavors I was experiencing. I’ve never had the combination of heat and fragrant spices that this product offers. I can’t wait to use it as a grilling glaze and taste it caramelized. Really great stuff.

It's pineapple and warm spices and heat. Like a sun drenched hug from flavor town. Great salsa consistency. Some nice back heat but doesn't melt your face off. I admit buying things online can be a little risky. But this one is worth the risk.
