I was pleasingly surprised at how good it was had super heat to it. It was perfect. The curry was absolutely delicious. I am a super mustard fan and this is in my top three all time.
I made this recipe to accompany broiled salmon, toasted orzo and roasted vegetables. The sauce stole the show! Robust and complex flavors...if you like Indian food, you will loved this! One note of caution: the included with purchase recipe called for equal amounts of Ava Masala and mayonnaise. It overwhelmed the fish. I doubled the amount of mayonnaise to bring the sauce into better balance and that did the trick. Afterall the sauce is meant to complement the fish, not to suffocate it. Some of the sauce found its way to the orzo...that was even better. Go for it!
The flavors are bold and bright, but perfectly balanced! It's so good on everything, but I've been enjoying them on fried eggs in the morning. It literally makes me excited to wake up and start a new day because it's so good. I can't imagine being more happy with a product. It's like art in a jar. A true delight.
I can’t get over how delicious this is. I want to put it on every sandwich I make from here on out. It is like mustard but better in almost every way. The heat is not overwhelming, but you will notice it for sure. I can’t endorse this enough. It is so unique and so yummy.
I just made chicken tikka masala using avamasala. This sauce is fantastic it has a complex flavor and spice profile that can go with so many dishes from seafood to a hot dog.
