Shipping Policy
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from Cookeville, Tennessee (USA), Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Carriers & Service Levels
We ship exclusively via USPS. Available options at checkout:

Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged at the actual USPS label cost plus $3.00 to cover materials and labor. The exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your package weight, destination, and selected service.

Free shipping: $60+ (after discounts, before tax) on eligible items we fulfill.

Merchandise fulfilled by third parties ships separately and does not qualify for our flat rate or free-shipping threshold; those items will show their own shipping fee at checkout.
Where We Ship (U.S. Only)
We ship anywhere USPS delivers, including AK, HI, PR, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Local Pickup / Delivery
We do not currently offer local pickup or local delivery for retail customers.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your package leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to show movement after you receive your tracking email.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Late, or Damaged)
If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Report window: Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery window shown by USPS.

Damaged items: Email homero@harmacyhotsauce.com with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, packing materials, and affected item(s). We’ll reship the damaged item(s) on us.

Lost/marked delivered: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If it still can’t be found after 24 hours, email us and we’ll assist with next steps.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
Heat & Weather
Our sauces are shelf-stable and packed securely. Brief exposure to heat or cold in transit is normal; store in a cool, dry place upon arrival.
