Xipe Totec (shee-pey toh-tek), the Aztec flayed god of life, death, and rebirth, symbolizes the Earth’s renewal of the seasons as life sheds its dead “skin”, and spring vegetation sprouts from seed. This unique, old-world inspired flavor brings together dried chilis, sweet plums, and earthy spices in a mild but richly flavored sauce. Use it to enhance grilled meats and vegetables, roasted and baked potatoes, chili, BBQ dishes, and fried eggs. 1/10 heat.

Honestly by far the best chili sauce company out there for chili sauces. I have tried quite a few other Chili sauce companies and they were all pretty much bland with no flavor. Wanted something that had good flavor and resembled like a Chili Colorado red sauce. Totec's Tears has good spice and when cooked with pork and chicken broth the sauce was awesome. Looking forward to trying some of the other varieties! Harmacy Hot Sauce Co is definitely the best out there!

Salsa was amazing! I am definitely planning on buying more in the future. My only complaint is that the size of the container is on the smaller side but otherwise its the highest quality salsa that I have ever had.
