At first taste, Brimstone Rimjob doesn’t appear to be what it is; a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Totec’s Tears - Xipe Totec (shee-pey toh-tek) is the Aztec god of spring and regeneration. The name literally translates to “our lord, the flayed one”, which embodies the Earth’s transformation heralding the arrival of spring, with life shedding its dead ‘skin’ and new plants sprouting from seed. Totec’s Tears brings old world flavors and ingredients forward in a richly colored and flavored sauce. Taste dried chilis, grilled plums, and earthy spices in this unique sauce! Buffalo soldier is bold and spicy definitely has good jerk flavor
Cinco is citrusy and refreshing with a little kick
Toltecs tears is a great all purpose sauce that would be good on chicken, seafood, and whatever else you can imagine
Chi chi was good, I used it on lo mein, egg rolls and tacos…wasn’t my favorite but was still good and unique in a good way
Brimestone rimjob was great in tomato soup, tacos, quesadillas…nice smokey flavor, cool color and texture
I love the texture of these sauces because they remind me of spicy salsas, not too thin, not too thick and it’s been fun coming up with ways to use them…will definitely order more when I run out and I think I might dare to try the really really hot sauces next!
I purchased the 3 pack and have only tried Totec's Tears so far, and boy, is it flavorful! It's deep and fruity, fairly sweet sauce that ends with a hint of heat. It delivers a rich flavor during the eating experience and leaves a pleasant heat in the back of the mouth, making you crave more. I'm excited to try the other two flavors!!
I was saddened when my shipment arrived empty (USPS at fault). I contacted Harmacy, provided the proof (USPS sticker on box), and with no questions asked a replacement was sent! I was impressed by the speedy service to resolve this issue!
35 years in foodservice. (Trying to build credibility, lol). I've been making hot sauces for decades, but these guys have just fired me! I know when I'm beat, and while the Cinco is amazing, the Brimstone is just out of this world! Too many hot sauces are too hot, and cause pain. That makes no sense to me, and I love hot sauce (my annual batch of Reaper's Regret for Gumbo camp is proof). But I love flavor more! The heat is subtle, and leaves a slight burn on the lips, but the flavor knocked me out! So good. The name might scare some folks, but it is my new go-to hot sauce. Kudos!
I shot them an email explaining that one of my jar’s busted. They got back to me and shipped a new one immediately. The sauce itself is quality, although Brimstone and Cinco are pretty similar. Tart with some comfortable heat. I think I’m looking for a little more sweetness but I’m so damned satisfied that I was treated like a person. Quick exchange, super chill. Thanks for lookin’ out!
We enjoyed all three flavors and want to try the other flavors that were not included in the pack now. Great taste, and Quality.
