Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may refuse delivery. Once the package is returned to us, unopened, a refund minus the original shipping cost will be issued.
Other Items (Merch, etc.)
We have a 30-day return policy for non-food items. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email homero@harmacyhotsauce.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days atΒ homero@harmacyhotsauce.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, email us at homero@harmacyhotsauce.com.
