2025: Our Most Award-Winning Year Yet
We started Harmacy Hot Sauce Co. with a simple belief: extreme flavor and balanced heat aren't mutually exclusive. This year, judges across the country proved us right again!
From New York to LA, from international competitions to regional festivals, our sauces earned recognition in eight different categories. Here's how 2025 went down:
Ava Masala Dominates the Mustard Category
Our curry mustard hot sauce had a year for the books:

Four competitions. Four podium finishes. One sauce that continues to prove curry and mustard belong together. Freshly toasted spices meet zesty mustard in a combination that works as a sauce, marinade, ingredient, and dip (and apparently, an award magnet!)

But Ava Masala wasn't the only one bringing home hardware:
International Flavor Awards
š„ Totec's Tears - Second Place Chile Sauce
Our dried chili and plum sauce earned recognition for doing what it does best: delivering complex, smoky-sweet flavor at a gentle 1/10 heat. Not all great sauces need to hurt.
š„ Chi-Chee - Second Place Stir-Fry Sauce
Real fermented kimchi, gochugaru, and miso packed into a bottle. The judges recognized what customers have been telling us: this funky, umami-rich sauce belongs on more than just stir-fries.
š„ Buffalo Soldier - Third Place Unique Sauce
Grilled pineapple and Caribbean jerk spices in a hot sauce? Yeah, it's unique. It's also dangerously addictive, which is probably why customers finish bottles in a week and immediately reorder.
Philadelphia Hot Sauce Fest
š„ Brimstone - Second Place Best Cheesesteak Sauce
Our Grand Champion Mediterranean sauce proved it can hang with Philly's best. Roasted red peppers, tahini, and that signature slow-building heat? Apparently perfect for cheesesteaks.
What This Means
Eight awards across five sauces. Multiple first-place finishes. Recognition from judges who taste hundreds of sauces and know the difference between gimmicks and the real deal.
But here's what matters more than trophies: these awards validate what our customers have been saying since day one. That Ava Masala really is unlike anything else.
