This is a very flavorful sauce that would be a great starting point for someone just getting into hot and spicy, or for those that just want a milder sauce. Just enough heat on the back end to let you know that it's there. If you like chain Mexican restaurant sauces and salsas with virtually no taste then this sauce will probably be a little more spicy than you are used to.
I will always have an extra jar of Cinco in my pantry so that I won't run out. This will be my go to salsa now. Great taste, with just the right amount of heat for anyone that likes Hatch green chilis. Reminds me of the hot sauce at my favorite New Mexican restaurant. Probably to hot for some, but I say be adventurous , and give it a try.
It has a wonderful citrus flavor on the front end, but its hot, hot, hot on the back end of a taste. Great flavor profile overall. Its a definite go-to for folks who like it hot. If you are just wanting to try a taste make sure to have a glass of milk handy as the burn lingers for quite a while.
Buffalo soldier has the traditional flavor you would expect from a jerk sauce. Used it to make a beef sandwich with left over Dino ribs.
Bagel sandwiches, roasted carrots, cream cheese, French onion soup, cornbread, etc. This condiment lends itself in a plethora of ways to so many culinary adventures if you have an imaginative spirit. Will definitely buy again.
A perfect blend of flavors. The fruitiness comes first, followed by the mild heat of the peppers.
Thisbsauce is so delicious! I used it on chips, Mexican rice, and other dishes. Superb taste and just the right amount of heat! A WIN-WIN!
Hot, hot, hot hot! It’s very good once you get past the heat would highly recommend!
Hot, hot, hot, hot good flavor when you get past the heat would highly recommend especially for those that like it hot.
This is entirely different from a lotta sauces on supermarket shelves. Everything from sweet to heat, from freshness to versatility, is in here. It’s balanced and bangin’! A solid 5! Can’t wait to try the pineapple jerk one next!
When I think of hot sauce, I think of something vinegar based. I was intrigued by the unique ingredients but still expected the vehicle to be acidic. It should be advertised as salsa. The sweet and smoky notes are most prominent. I will likely add more lime juice, garlic, and pickled jalapeño to it to dup a Haitian sauce that goes over fried red snapper.
I got the replacement inferno sauce excellent sauce.
The texture was perrfect the heat was not over powering. It went excellent with my eggs.
Thank you,
Rudy in pennsylvania.
All phenomenal. If you genuinely like the taste of kimchi, that hot sauce is delicious and you can taste kimchi throughout with a decent spice level. Idk I know they’re not meant to be spicy but the kimchi felt the hottest to me. The curry one, again, if you like the taste of curry, then you’ll love that hot sauce. The cinco, I just use for everything. Just made some frozen tortilla things and made a spicy mayo with the cinco. Holy shit delicious spicy mayo.
Whoa - was pre-thinking it would a nice new mustard with an India curry side tast.
Ah-ha!

Another great sauce. Pit this on some chicken. Excellent!
This rich flavorful sauce is the perfect starter sauce for anyone new to Harmacy,. My recent order included Cinco specifically so I could gift it to some friends who’d tried Harmacy sauces when I’ve brought them to work but I wanted them to experience it with their own home cooked meals. It was a very pleasant surprise for them!
This may have overtaken Brimstone as the new favorite. Really good!
Ive tried the main 6 flavors they offer here and this is by far my favorite out of them. If you like kimchi youll like this hot sauce. My only complaint is that they dont sell bigger jars.
I had been viewing the ads like everyone else. As soon as I read that the sauce had plum in it, I was intrigued. I couldn't wait to get a jar of it and try it for myself. I pick up my mail from the post office, and as soon as I received it, I rushed home to try it. I took a half teaspoon of the sauce and savored it as if it were the first meal I had ever had. Unfortunately, when I looked down to taste it again, I realized I had already eaten the entire jar of it, and I have been crying myself to sleep ever since. Sniff sniff sniff
Love your sauces so far. still have two to open. the complimentary recipes was a nice touch. keep up the good work.
