Xipe Totec (shee-pey toh-tek) is the Aztec god of spring, and was honored through gladiatorial combat and human sacrifice. The name literally translates to “our lord, the flayed one”, and priests would wear victim’s flayed skin during ceremonial rites. Totec’s Teeth brings old world flavors and ingredients forward in a richly colored and flavored sauce that will cut your heart out. Taste flavorful dried chilis, insanely spicy super hot chilis, and sweet plums in this unique sauce! Try this on most any protein, with BBQ, in chili, and with Mexican cuisine! 9/10 heat.

The balance of the heat and flavors are perfect. I have tried all the flavors. I do prefer the more spicier choices..
Just got my order of Cinco hot sauce. It's an amazing sauce great on everything. It has an interesting savory taste. I put it on some street tacos and wow really made them taste great.
So many bogus sauces.. This stuff is great, starts slow then ZANG! Not needless heat like the novelty sauces that some collectors buy to show off bottles,
But the good serious heat.

Absolutely delicious, and while I agree with another reviewer that it could stand to be hotter (for those who like fire) it's well worth buying as is.
Can see where people would say its not hot enough, but to me personally its got enough heat to be enjoyable with some chips without worrying about totec's revenge a few hours later.
