Delivery Guarantee

The Harmacy Delivery Guarantee covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If your package doesn’t arrive or arrives broken, simply contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Adding the guarantee ensures your sauces are protected from the moment they leave our kitchen to the moment they reach your table.

What’s Covered

• Lost packages that never arrive
• Shipping damage, including broken bottles or leaking sauce
• Packages marked delivered but missing (porch piracy)

If any of these happen, we’ll work with you to quickly replace the affected items.

What’s Not Covered

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Delivery delays caused by the carrier
• Packages reported more than 14 days after delivery
