This was the hottest of the 3 I ordered. I fired up the grill and it was great on chicken. This is a strong medium heat on my scale. 6/7. It's advertised as 9 of 10 for heat but it falls way short of that. Maybe they will actually kick the heat up to 9 someday and sell it in larger jars.
Don't get me wrong it is a good sauce.
Saw the tent at the hot sauce festival in Joliet. The sales dude was very personable and attentive to our comments and suggested different pairings. We bought the brimstone and rimshot black label. OMG!!!! So good. Wish I would have splurged and bought a second jar.
Good deep heat from the peppers. I bit too much tomato and smoke. Otherwise great for adding heat to wide variety of foods esp mexican.
First, the flavor is amazing! I've tried it with chips and steak so far. The tiniest dab on a bite with some good steak sauce hits just right.
A little goes a very long ways with this sauce due to heat level. Also it eaves the salting to the chef. Tacos up next!
I love this guys sauces and this one takes the cake for me, Its my favorite sauce and it makes everything i've eaten with it better. I would keep them out of stock if i could it's THAT amazing.
