- 2-3 hass avocados - 1/4 red onion - 2 limes - 3 cloves garlic - 1 jalapeno, seeded - cilantro, to taste - salt - pepper - 1/4 cup ‘Cinco’
Directions
1. Cut avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and cover with the juice of one lime. Mash just a bit before mixing in the onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, pepper, and Cinco sauce. Adjust seasoning and acidity to taste with the remaining lime.
