Ingredients:

For the Queso:

- 12 ounces evaporated milk (1 can)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 pound white American cheese, cut into small bits
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Cinco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon MSG
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

For Serving:

- Tortilla chips
- Cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, heat the evaporated milk over medium heat. Stir in the cornstarch and whisk until well combined.

2. Once the mixture starts to simmer, immediately reduce the heat to low. Do not let it boil.

3. Gradually stir in the American cheese and then the mozzarella cheese, whisking gently and constantly until all the cheese is melted and fully incorporated.

4. Mix in the Cinco sauce and spices, ensuring everything is well combined.

5. Optionally, garnish the queso dip with chopped cilantro.

6. Serve the queso dip with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Optional: For an extra fancy presentation and flavor, pour the queso dip into an oven-safe bowl and broil the top before serving.
